「rooms are built poorly can hear guest in other rooms conversations like there next to you and you can hear people when there walking around in the rooms above you other than the rooms everything is great」

「The location isn't bad, but the elevators weren't working. We had to climb stairs with our suitcases. The rooms need an upgrade.」

「The room was so nice and clean! 5* They have a great breakfast! Great place to go and walk and go downtown shopping.」

「bed was unconfortable and check in was slow」

「Christy has a wonderful little hide away. It was super clean. Perfect for a little get away for a couple. Check in was super easy. When Vrbo didn’t send me the link for check in she was readily available for questions and very gracious. We got to the cabin which was very easy to find and it was dimly lit very clean and she even had a little fireplace playing on the tv. I would recommend a stay here to anyone.」

「You had to check in on a kiosk and there were never any staff to help you. Our room keys kept breaking and not allowing us in our rooms and there was never staff to help.」
