When speaking to the staff we were instantly supplied with towels and food from under the bed was removed. They promised to vacuum the room, but never did. They informed me that they had a carpet...

Despite the fact that it was the cheapest option, and just a donger, I was very disappointed and grossed out by how poor the shower had been cleaned. I have photos.
