PET POLICY
Unit 840 is pet-friendly with prior approval, a signed pet addendum, and a fee of $35+ tax per pet, per day. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
The pet fee will be applied to your reservation and charged after booking is confirmed. Please note, if this booking is made through Airbnb, Airbnb will initially charge for one pet for up to two nights at the time of reservation. Any additional pet fees—based on the number of pets and length of stay—will be requested separately through the Airbnb Resolution Center.
Additional cleaning or damage fees starting at $150 may be applied if there is evidence of pet-related damage during your stay.
CROSSLAKE CITY NOISE ORDINANCE
• Quiet hours are between the hours of 10 pm to 7 am - Enforced by the Crosslake Police Department
• No parties are allowed; this includes bachelor/bachelorette, etc.
• Please note, this is a shared community and respect to other guests renting the other units is required.
PLEASE NOTE
• A signed rental agreement and Safely ID screening is required to book with us.
• Smoking is not allowed
• Must be 25 years of age or older to rent
