"Absolutely shocking! Turned up the place looked shut down and abounded all smashed windows and graffiti all over walls. Knocked on door to see if I got the wrong address and they said my room was cancelled because toilet was broken! Well I wouldn’t of stayed there but the fact they didn’t contact me before hand to say the room was cancelled is bad, AVOID!!! Wish I took pictures but I will next time in Liverpool!"

"The communication on checking in was an absolute nightmare. It took us over 2 hrs to eventually speak to someone after calling, emailing and txting the no. Provided. Having my 2 small children with me and finally getting into our room at 10.30pm was very stressful."

"Free parking is a plus, someone was constantly slamming doors through the night which affected my sleep, otherwise cheep and cheerful, would be great to have a room closer to the bathroom, otherwise great value for money"
