「We stayed with Rick at the cabin for 60 days. Springtime here on the Lake was wonderful! The firepit got lots of use. There's both an open and covered porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. The cabin is perfect for couples to enjoy the country. Nearby is the Casey Jones Distillery which has entertainment, and all supplies you might need are up the street in Crofton. 「This cabin is so beautiful, well maintained, and furnished with everything you need to have a relaxing stay. The outdoor spaces allow for multiple locations to unwind, especially the screened-in porch. Pattie (the owner) is so friendly and welcoming. 「Amazing views from property of Lake Malone, nice pier to fish from or just sit back and relax, tucked away from main streets to very little noise. Inside we enjoyed a lot of time playing pool, outdoor golf putting and we brought our own corn hole set and played that! We rented a pontoon boat from Shady Oaks Resort Marina and cruised a half a day around Lake Malone and fished! I would totally recommend that as well! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home!」

「The house excellent. I wish the yard had been mowed. Steps are not for older people lol. Loved the dock and it was very peaceful and quiet. Would love to stay again but those steps and we are not getting any younger lol. #SORE LEGS」

「The property is wonderful, spacious and clean, the property managers are incredible. Kristina and her father were very gracious and kind. When a storm came through and dropped a tree on our rental car, Kristina and Jimmy were right there to provide us with everything we needed to get back on the road. I would recommend this VRBO above anything else in Kentucky. Great stay, will definitely do it again! Thank you Kristina and Jimmy for everything, GOD Bless!!」

「We found this home and decided to meet in Kentucky this year. For the last 32 years we've been meeting in Tennessee - Sevierville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge area. Very clean home with good accomodations. If you bring all your food, drink, etc. you do not have to leave if you don't want to. Homeowner was very accomodating emailed code and time we could check in home. Thank you!」

「Beautiful and spacious cabin which included many amenities. If your concerned about climbing many stairs to the covered boat dock, don’t be. The boat dock is only approximately 100’ from the cabin. The nearest boat ramp is maybe 5 minutes away and the ramp can be seen from the cabin. Many good restaurants in the area along with some great antique stores. Nashville is only an hour and a half away as well!」

「The property was great except the trail to the water is more steep than the pics showed. That said, our family had a great week. It was very relaxing since the road ended at the house. There was some kitchen utensiles that could be provided that are not there. Nothing major just nice to have things. Trash bags were a problem but we bought a box and left them in the house. 「I booked the house in March for Memorial Day Weekend. Our wedding was held in Dawson Springs. Our adult kids stayed in the home and were very complimentary of the comfort from the living room, to the game room, and the spacious bedrooms.
