「Charming Inn with a great restaurant. About an hours drive from Heathrow. We stayed here the night before our flight out. Quiet and comfortable with it's own parking area.」
「I stayed for 4 days during the week so saw two different teams of staff, every single one of whom was exactly the right level of friendly, approachable and pleasantly conversational without ever being intrusive.
The food was excellent with a special mention for the mushroom risotto which was frankly gorgeous enough to end wars.
The beer was well kept, the internet worked and there was always a parking space.

「There is parking behind the waitrose and staff walked us there after their shift had ended to ensure we understood the parking App since tomorrow is the Farmers Market on High Street and we would have to move the vehicle early. Now it’s all sorted and paid in advance. Of course it’s an older hotel and everything is crooked and settled, but you should come here for that eclectic experience, as we did. I just miss the old mural that was painted in the pub before, replaced by a more modern map. 」
