The staff were very friendly an informative, directing me to the bests restaurants and pubs in the area. Rooms are compact but very clean and modern with all the usual modcons, t.v , tea and coffee etc. Will definitely return next year.」
「I accidently went to the Minster Mill hotel but, as they are opposite each other and are sister hotels, the receptionist found my booking and directed me. Be aware the road to the hotel is very narrow - but it is a one-way street and takes you back onto the road you left (like a crescent) when you leave.」
「The family room was large with air conditioning, very comfortable mattresses and bedding, plenty of good quality towels, shower gel and a body moisturiser in the bathroom and complimentary bottles of drinking water, tea and coffee (machine). The staff could not have been more helpful with our questions and requests. We were allowed to check in earlier (£20 fee). Their pizzas were really good. There was no immediate parking but we managed to find spaces around without a problem. The location is...
