"The room was clean and up to date. The beds were clean and comfortable. The staff was very kind and friendly. The only issue was that the room's soap dispenser had been ripped off the wall. There appeared to be quite a few empty rooms. One would think that the soap dispenser and wall would be repaired before a guest would be assigned to the room. Otherwise, it was great! We will stay there again. 🙂"

"The hotel is not senior friendly and I saw mostly seniors staying there. Steps to climb at every turn, one railing was lose. I saw a senior lady fall on the steps going up to the check-in counter. The bathtub/shower in our room did not have any grab bars and the tred pads were practically non-existent in the tub. One had to be very careful not to fall and careful with the water temperature, too. It started off cold, and suddenly got extremely hot. No hair dryer either. All hotels have hair dryers these days. For the price of the hotel, the breakfast was disappointing, too. A few choices, yes, but nothing hot and delicious. Parking was good. The parking deck is a life saver for your hotel."

"This place is not safe for seniors with regard to the bathtub/shower. You must step over tub side and there are NO grab bars to steady stepping over tub side or on side of shower wall to help keep from slipping on tub floor when it gets soapy. Also, shower ran out of cold water (which I don’t understand). Nearly burning me until I could shut it off."

"Lady at front desk was super nice. Wish I had asked for her name. Booked through Expedia and it listed a sofa bed which we needed with 5 people in our room. No sofa bed. Was told they don’t have any rooms with a sofa but there was a roll away cart. Was maybe from 1976. Haha Shower curtain was dirty. Hair on the bottles that hangin the shower. Carpet always seemed to have a sticky wet feel in the room. I feel like these are minor things and can easily be fixed. A clean shower curtain and removing hair would make anyone feel like they tried. Overall it was average. Beds were comfortable."

"Indoor hot tub was nice but pool was somewhat small for the amount of people in the pool. Was loud in the enclosed room. AC in room was noisy requiring to wear earplugs. Also needed to keep temperature low for room not to get too warm during the night. Breakfast had good choices and breakfast area was very clean."

"I stayed at this hotel for one night while traveling to Myrtle Beach. Within a few days, I developed multiple clusters of bites on my arms and ear. The reaction became severe enough that I had to visit a doctor, who felt the bites were consistent with bed bug bites. What should have been a relaxing family vacation has instead involved medication, discomfort, and constant worry about whether I may have brought something home with me. I hope management takes this seriously and thoroughly inspects the room. I would encourage future guests to carefully check their room and bedding upon arrival."
