"The road to the hotel was iced an no one salted or sanded it making it impossible to get to the hotel. The light in our hallway wasn’t working. The hotel was run down, the towels were pitifully small, the shower ran out of hot water. "

Mould on the ceiling in the shower. Shower pole broken. The blinds were broken and only One window opened. Paint chipped everywhere and looked completely different to the photos we had seen.
