"We stayed for 4 nights with our young children. I booked it because of the kitchenette—I really needed a fridge and freezer for the baby milk and food, and that was great. The spacious room was also helpful. The room itself, while fine for our needs, needs some TLC. The bathroom wallpaper was stained, there were rust stains around the shower, the microwave didn’t work and no one came to look at it after I called to report it until we reported it a second time. In the end, the outlet just needed to be reset, but the front desk man didn’t know this when I first called and the maintenance guy wasn’t in, so it took two days to push a button on an outlet. We couldn’t get the room temperature to a comfortable level, it fluctuated between too hot and too cold. The racks that hold the dishes in the kitchenette were also dusty. We could’ve really used blackout curtains on the window. The room itself was noisy. I could hear our neighbors (and I imagine they could hear my children) and I heard screaming and profanity down outside the window one night at 11 pm despite being on the 4th floor. I was also surprised they didn’t give us any new towels when they cleaned the room. Overall the experience was fine and I’d choose it again for the fridge, since we needed that, but there could be some improvements. "

"The hotel was terrible. Always dirty. The hallways were filthy. There were dead bugs on the side of my bed and the toilet was clean. I grew up in Fairfield and used to stay here when it was LaQuinta and it was much better. "

"I’ve stayed at Courtyards previously and this was not the best. Others had breakfast buffets with a charge. This had an area with Starbucks coffee and a very limited selection. The room was spacious and well equipped. My wife and I don’t like to have daily maid service for a three night stay, so we keep the do not disturb tag on the door. On day one the liquid soap dispenser was empty which I believe should have been filled before our arrival. I tried to use the coffee on morning one, and while the water got hot, it wasn’t pulling the water through the tube to the coffee filter. I was almost scalded by the steam coming from the machine. I decided that coffee wasn’t a necessity and reported the problem when I checked out. The shower was aesthetically pleasing but the water flow was horrible. If you wanted a cold shower the pressure was great, but as you increased the temperature the flow decreased and it was difficult to find a happy middle. I know some people like a firm mattress, but this wasn’t just firm, it was uncomfortable. "

"My go-to place to stay when I'm in the area a handful of times a year, I was given a room on the first floor, and felt like I was relegated to the dungeon for my one night's stay. I Was very happy to have dinner at Calendra's Restaurant (my 2 previous visits that wasn't possible) and Love the updated look. "

"The check-in was very easy. Directions to location and parking were great. The host stated that they were new to VRBO. The residence itself was quite pleasant; however, daily needed items were not present such as: paper towels, extra toilet paper, 2 complete sets of bath linens, mattress covers, coffee filters, bowls, cooking utensils, need end tables by the bed to charge phones & lay alarm clock, no window coverings, burned out lightbulbs, etc. There was an alarm going off when we arrived (unit did not get fixed), the fireplace did not work (we lit it twice and it went out after a minute or so). So the location itself was wonderful but not yet appropriately equipped for guests."
