受付の案内がやや不親切。コネクティングルームをリクエストしたら、コネクティングルームは無いとの回答も、実際はあって、予約した部屋タイプが繋がらないというだけであった。わかりにくいし、だったらHPに、コネクティングルーム可能な部屋のペアを記載してほしい。」
「I stay at this hotel everytime I'm in St. Louis. It's quiet, conveniently located near major highways & the airport, employees are relaxed, friendly & welcoming. All aspects of this hotel are clean & comfortable. I've been staying here for several years now and this is my top choice for accommodation.」
「Great hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Our suite was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. There was a good breakfast with hot and cold choices with a nice seating area. Would stay here again! 」
「I was disappointed at two things.
1. There is no refrigerator in the room.
2. There was no advertisements of the hotel pick- up service(shuttle bus service) dial number near the baggage service area.
So I had to call to hotel with using my mobile.
Since our room was next to elevator, noise of elevators interrupted our sleep often.」
「Room was new and clean. 11th floor bar was fun. Breakfast was good and supposed to be included but I had to ask twice to make that happen. Parking does cost extra. I would stay here again, overall it was a good experience. 」
