「スイート３部屋のみの施設ですが、ベネチアンハーバーに近い旧市街に位置し、駐車場もあるということでここを選びましたが、大正解でした。部屋（ロクサーヌ）には写真のとおりバスタブがついており、熱いお湯が勢いよく出てきたので、ゆったりとくつろぐことができました。また、部屋には金庫、冷蔵庫（無料のミネラルウォーターが入っている）、スリッパ、バスローブなど必要なものはひととおり揃っています。 アレクサンドラさんには到着から出発まで本当にお世話になったうえ、お土産にオレンジまでいただき、本当に感謝しています。」

「Ein sehr schönes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus wurde liebevoll für uns vorbereitet. Ein kleiner Strand ist 2 min zu Fuß entfernt. Ein kleiner Supermarkt war auch um die Ecke. 」

「L’emplacement est idéal au cœur de la vieille ville et à quelques dizaines de mètres du port vénitien. L’endroit est atypique, collé à l’église catholique, et chargé de bonnes énergies. Parkmöglichkeiten direkt gegenüber, Strand/Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/ATM/kleine Tavernen und Cafés zu Fuß erreichbar.
