「The location is great and centrally located near everything Big Bear has to offer. That said, the property felt under-equipped and poorly maintained. The kitchen item were as cheap as cheap could be and lacked. Several things were broken, such as the toilet seat and blinds. The hot water in the shower was not adequate. Towels, toiletries, were as cheap as kitchen. The bedding, and the bed were not comfortable. This place did not meet the cost. I actually chose to leave before my second night...

「We had a great time in this beautiful snowy oasis. How was fully packed with all the amenities. Unfortunately having no hot water was a slight problem. There was a power outage before our arrival and pipes got frozen. The property manager was on top of it and helped as much as he could to get the problem solved. Thank god for the jacuzzi so we could defrost and relax after days of snowboarding. 」

「Beautiful cabin, surrounded by a view of trees. Really big bed, everything was clean, and a tv with all the apps (we watched our fav show). I loved the big deck outside and the orange accent on the outside of the cabin. So idyllic.」
