The selection of this property was based on its description, which prominently featured a lush green lawn in the backyard, supported by appealing photographs. While alternative properties with superior amenities were available at a comparable price point, my decision was primarily driven by the desire to provide a suitable play area for my puppies. Upon arrival, I discovered that the backyard consisted solely of dirt and rocks. The property owner subsequently informed me that the grass had not survived the spring season, leading to a sense of deception regarding the listing's accuracy.Further compounding this issue, a neighbor, who introduced himself as a long-term resident of 50 years, approached me as I was preparing to depart. During our conversation, I inquired whether he had ever observed green grass on the property. He unequivocally stated that the property had never featured a green lawn and found the notion amusing. When presented with the listed photographs of the backyard, he identified them as unequivocally AI-generated. This revelation of being misled on two separate occasions has caused considerable distress and reflects poorly on business practices. Transparency and honesty are paramount in such transactions. The financial investment made in this property, under false pretenses, is a significant concern. Additionally, the interior of the house, while small and aesthetically pleasing, was minimally equipped, notably lacking a microwave.
