Great place to stay! Had our dogs with us and the property was perfect! You could ski down to the lifts or the property had a complimentary shuttle which was awesome! Hot tub and sauna on site were amazing after a day of skiing. Will definitely be back!

Perfect trip

The location was great because out of the crazy bussle of CB. The condo was so easy to access concert and fireworks. Basically have wonderful hiking outside the door. No way to describe the blooms of multi wildflowers. Very dog friendly. We will be back

Perfect fall colors and perfect cozy condo

This place is simply great. The owners have thoughtfully stocked the kitchen with just about pot and pan and utensil that you need to cook- not to mention a good supply of spices in the freezer and industrial sizes of tin foil and plastic wrap. The decor is really special-- they must have renovated a few years back and the results are top notch. The couches and chairs were very comfortable as were the beds. Each sleeping area has its own bathroom which was appreciated. The condo building itself is older (think modest water pressure) but it has been kept up well. I would highly recommend this place.

Great unit!

Great unit! Well stocked and very comfortable. Nice layout. Staff was was great. Very easy to ski out of, but to ski back in, you do need to go through Crested Butte’s closed trail ski area (there are signs) Lots of other residents were doing it, but if crested wanted to enforce catching you in a no ski area, the penalties are stiff.

Perfect location

True ski in and ski out. Nice spacious condo. We had a family of four and we were very comfortable. I think this is the best unit in the complex as you can walk right out the door and onto your skis. Place was clean and had all of the amenities we wanted. I hope we get a chance to come back here again. And Crested Butte doesn’t disappoint. Amazing terrain on the mountain and a cool downtown with lots of great dining options. What a beautiful place.

Fabulous rental!

This property is as described and better! Clean. Well managed. Beautiful. Comfortable. Property manager went over and above with providing info about the areas, answering questions and just being a fabulous host. Highly recommend! We will definitely be returning! ❤️❤️❤️

Lots of stairs

Nicely furnished, well equipped kitchen. Great location, stairs up to condo from parking lot. We would stay here again —even with the stairs, plenty of exercise 😄

The property location is good with great views. The bathrooms and kitchen have been redone. The carpet and furniture should be replaced. There were holes in the sheets and the owner has a cluttered decorating “style” that is a bit too much.

Well stocked with all you need. Nice property. A lot of little chachkies though. Cobwebs should be cleaned from the ceiling. Overall very accommodating.

Excellent spot!! A must stay!

We had such an awesome stay! The location of this condo could not be better!! Ski in/out and was perfect for 5 of us. I felt spoiled being this close to the mountain. Christine was phenomenal to work with and the condo had everything we needed in the kitchen and hot tub was right down the hall. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful!

The process of staying was great from booking to the end of our stay. Very comfortable and clean. The location is wonderful if you want to go hiking and be away from the hustle and bustle of the town (only a 6 minute drive). The views are incredible! Just overall a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.

Great Property. Came here and didn’t ever have to go to town. Left from the front door step with the dogs and did three different hikes in three days. Stunningly beautiful views. They provided sheets to cover the furniture if you have pets. Smart and conscientious. Induction oven was fantastic.

Great Place to Stay

We liked the bedrooms on opposite sides of the condo with the kitchen and living room in the middle. We liked the hot tub just down the hall with a sign in sheet to reserve our times. Kitchen was well equipped and organized. We liked the separate pantry. We liked being able to ski down to the ski lift (it was groomed half way). Skiing back to the condo required either to ski a black slope or a road that was sometimes groomed. Our only complaint was that the people above us had a fire in the fireplace every morning. The smoke smell came into our condo and was very strong every morning. The only solution was to either build our own fire or open the front and back doors. We had small children so we didn't want to build a fire or leave any doors open (especially when it was 7 degrees outside).

Fun weekend in the mountains

We came in to town for Outerbike 2019, horseback riding, and whitewater rafting. The condo was awesome and a very comfortable place to relax in the evenings!

Wonderful condo!

This unit has been renovated with attention to detail. The finishes are nice and although I hate carpet, the carpet in this unit is comfy underfoot and could be the first carpet ever that I didn't hate. The kitchen is well stocked. I did not know I could love a toaster. The unit is spacious and was more than enough space for a family of 4. We were able to spread out. The cleaning crew does a good job. I think it is the cleanliest pet friendly condo I've rented. Ski out is less scary than skiing in. After a few days, a ski in trail was created, by other skiers, and it was no big deal for an intermediate skier. It is also easy to ski to the bottom, remove skis and carry them up a slight hill and through the parking lot, to the unit. This was my first stay in a ski in/out condo and I have to say that it's SO much easier than getting ready to ski in the car, or riding a bus/shuttle. The cable did not work in one room but the maintenance guy came immediately and fixed it. Once a bunch of other visitors arrived, the internet stopped functioning, like others were logging onto this unit's wifi. It was super convenient to be so close to any area for the dog. The beds were comfy and I love that one room had a king sized bed.
