No frills Condo-tel -Non-smoking- Coffee counter with microwave-toaster-small fridge, no cooktop or kitchen, cozy studio apartment has the ideal location at the base area, literally a half a cup of coffee walk to lifts, ski, snowboard & bike rentals, restaurants, coffee shops. Guests have access to an indoor/outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness center. Shuttle to downtown just outside building entrance. Not pet friendly



The Space:

My third floor Condo-Tel, Studio unit at The Grand Lodge has views of the West Elk mountains in the distance. This cozy Studio unit sleeps 2 comfortably on one king bed. Space has coffee, toaster, microwave, and a small refrigerator. No cooktop or kitchen in this unit. Condo has cable and high speed WIFI. Outside parking with EV charging. One free on site parking pass per unit, addtional paid parking available next door Elevation hotel underground.



We do utilize a weblink outside the platform that directs guests to our guidebook. You will receive an email with this link. This is the ONLY way guests can access check-in information, and facilitates the collection of fees and other special requests/upgraded services we offer.

To protect your stay, you'll choose one of two options during online check-in: a $150 refundable security deposit (a temporary card hold, released after checkout) or a small damage waiver ($5/night, max $40)



Guest Access:

Key code lock on unit 381 door is located on the third floor, West side, North corner of hall. Code is sent to you before your reservation check in on the Airbnb app.



The Neighborhood:

The Grand Lodge is right at the base - close to transportation, restaurants, and all the base fun! Easy to get on the bus to go to town to all those great restaurants and bars too, and then to come back!



Getting Around:

At the base area it is easy to get anywhere - the public bus service in Crested Butte goes there every few minutes.
