You’ll also have access to the community gym for a nominal fee, just a short stroll from the home.
Hop on the FREE CB South bus at Red Mountain Park (a 5–7 minute walk), and enjoy easy access to Downtown Crested Butte, Mount Crested Butte Ski Resort, and even Gunnison. Buses run approximately every 30 minutes during high season — making it easy to explore without the hassle of driving.

Grocery Options: If you're picking up groceries on your way in, you’ll find a City Market and Walmart in Gunnison. Once you're in town, Clark’s Market in Crested Butte offers everyday essentials. Just a heads up, stock can be limited during peak season, so plan ahead if you're shopping locally. Note: Grocery delivery is not currently available in our area.
Transportation Tip: There is no Uber or Lyft in Crested Butte, so please make transportation arrangements in advance if needed. The FREE local bus system is a great option and runs regularly during high season, but does not provide service from the airport.
Mountain Weather Reminder: We’re in an alpine environment, so snow (and lots of it) is always a possibility — please plan your travel accordingly and pack with winter conditions in mind.
Shoes Off: To help keep things clean and cozy, we kindly ask that guests remove shoes, ski boots, and snow boots inside the home. There’s plenty of space in the entry and garage for gear and footwear storage.
Laundry Access: Full-size front load washer and dryer are available for your use, with laundry pods and dryer sheets provided.
Hot Tub Access: Enjoy the private hot tub, located on the back patio and accessible through the Primary Bedroom — perfect for a soak under the stars after a day on the mountain.
Three-Story Layout: Please note that this is a tri-level townhome with stairs and no elevator access.
