"Check in was a bit bumpy, my husband is disabled and I had requested a ground floor room via the website and apparently, they never received it and tried to put us on the third floor. We were told there was no availability on the first floor but a very kind woman came out of her office and suggested two rooms on the first floor that were deliberately left vacant so they could clean carpets and offered one to us. Great customer service! Very nice property, clean room and bathroom. Breakfast was one of the best we've had in Merced. Fridge wasn't working and they offered to move us, but we declined. Would highly recommend this property."

"Everything was great, clean and a bunch of room. Very quiet, only thing to complain about was the mattress very flimsy. Other than that it was great"

"There was an incident and the staff was extremely rude about it. The elevator Was broken when we arrived. Police showed up and we were worried and scared the woman working the front yelled at me and hung up On me. When we asked what was the name of the worker the lady at the front laughed at us and said she couldn’t tell us. I was planning on making this my go to place to stay in the area but the staff and the experience was horrible "

"Room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a bit stressful. Their pet fee $55 isn’t disclosed so was a bit shocked on arrival. Also they don’t offer an elevator. They did offered a bottom floor after request. Location was convent and premises looked safe and secure. "
