Un séjour qui dépassait nous attentes. SUPER!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet Hôtel-Restaurant qui porte bien son nom. La restauration est superbe et l'accueil très chaleureux. La chambre était propre et bien équipée. Nous sommes tombés en panne de voiture pour aller à un festival et toute l'équipe (et quelques clients) de l'hôtel étaient prêts à tout pour nous aider. Tout s'est bien passé finalement, mais nous restons très touchés par la réaction adorable que nous avons vécue. Nous recommandons cet établissement sans restrictions et cherchons déjà une "excuse" pour y retourner ;-)

Séjour tres agreable a la Bonne Famille... la nourriture est délicieuse et la chambre fut tres confortable ! Le village est pittoresque encaissé entre les bois et les collines, un lieux tres reposant à l'écart du bruit et du monde !

Wir sind per Zufall an diese Adresse geraten auf der Durchreise. Das Hotel und der ganze Ort ist wie ein Museum. Die grande Dame des Hotels hat uns sehr freundlich und herzlich empfangen und uns ein sauberes Zimmer übergeben. Die Anlage hat ein kleinen Kinderspielplatz, Swimmingpool und alles ist sehr idyllisch und sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war gut. Die Menükarte für das Abendessen ist reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und sehr sehr liebefoll und gut zubereitet mit regionalen Produkten! Uns hat es so gut gefallen dass wir um eine Nacht verlängerten. Vielen dank an diese für diese Französische Perle!

Calme et détente absolue !

Dans la campagne , petit village mignon avec cette hôtel familial dont les chambres ont été refaites récemment ! Refait avec beaucoup de goût on a adoré ! La piscine est superbe ! Et l’accueil rien à y redire ! On se sent presque comme dans une deuxième maison ! Petit déjeuner délicieux ! Manque juste peut être des céréales ! Sinon pain et viennoiserie frais un régal !! Nous reviendrons volontiers dans cette hôtel !

Super restaurant chambres à revoir

Un remerciement tout particulier pour le service au restaurant et les attentions du chef pour permettre un bon repas malgré une allergie au gluten. Heureusement que l'excellente cuisine compense la piètre qualité de la chambre et surtout du placard servant de salle d'eau. Sans oublier l'absence d'eau chaude à 7h30 au mois de novembre.

Exceptionnel fantastique que dire de plus !!!!

Exceptionnel auberge comme il en existe pratiquement plus !!un accueil chaleureux on nous a qd même servi a manger avec bcp de gentillesse alors que nous sommes arrives a 14h30.le service était normalement terminé et en plus avait été un gros service (170 repas ) il faut dire que le restaurant est tellement réputé ds la région Les plats faits maison avec produits maison une tuerie !!! Ce sont des gens Qui font leur métier avec passion en famille et tellement de générosité En tout cas un GD merci a tous Petit village typique charmant nous y avons dormi au calme les chambres sont simples propres et le petit balcon est appréciable !!!bon ça mérite le détour car pas si facile à trouver c'est un coin de paradis !!

A hidden gem

We really enjoyed our stay in the tiny medieval town of Sarrazac and La Bonne Famille lived up to their name with their charming hotel and restaurant. For 5 generations they have been running their business and it shows in the level of professionalism and commitment to service. The room was spacious and clean and the bathroom had a large shower. Being able to sit on our balcony and gaze at a tiny medieval village was just icing on the cake. Also we had an amazing meal at the restaurant which just added to the pleasure of our stay.

Exellent séjour

très bon rapport qualité prix, avec un personnel charmant et un restaurant avec une cuisine de très bonne qualité avec des plats traditionnels et un service efficace. l'hôtel reste sobre mais très propre, un peu bruyant...isolation phonique à revoir.
