クレスペッラーノのアパート

「The apartment was perfect for us. Slept 4 perfectly and the living space was large and comfortable. We enjoyed the terrace too on the sunny days. 」

「Bologna中心地区に近くロケーションが」

「I had the pleasure of staying at this property for 3 nights, but I wish it was more! First of all, the apartment was very very clean. Relatively spotless. Secondly, the bed is very comfortable I had a great sleep each night. Not to mention Federico being a wonderful host! I can tell him and his aunt are very passionate about this property. They go above and beyond to ensure you have a wonderful stay. The a/c worked well, I had to empty a bucket of water every once in a while, but wasn’t much...

「Images did not match the room. Everything is a bit old. Not dirty but also not particularly clean. A towel, for example, was still dirty.」

「The host was super nice and informative. This location was perfect for us to see the main tourist sites of Bologna, a lovely city. It’s literally one block from the central train station so, we made this our central place to take day trips to Parma, Modena and San Marino. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Tutto perfetto, host disponibile」

「Honestly, this is a five-star stay and value for the money. The rooms are huge, the kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped, the host is lovely, and the bed is comfortable. The place itself is absolutely pristine in cleanliness and there are coffee, biscuits, spices and really everything you need for a great stay. The only problem is that the location is loud. Although it's on a side street, there's a pub downstairs which is loud on the weekends until midnight or so. Then on Sunday/Monday...

「We liked everything about this property. The host was amazing, very caring and friendly! I highly recommend it! ❤️ 🇮🇹 」

「Super accueil d isabella 」

「The room was labeled as equipped with AC but they removed the controls from the room. When asked about it they took hours to respond, and it didn’t end up getting resolved. Last message to them got completely ignored by them. Had to sleep with no air flow and in an uncomfortably hot room. Extremely loud outside all night. Lots of broken furniture and scuffed walls. The shower head was broken and couldn’t be adjusted properly. The beds were TERRIBLE. Very firm and you feel every spring. We...

「Everything was clean and prepared for our stay! Communication with hosts was very good. They were attentive and professional throughout. We loved the location near the station, we loved the immediate neighborhood (Forno Brisa is close and an excellent breakfast & single-origin espresso!), and we loved Bologna. 2 bedrooms/baths a definite plus! If I had the entire trip to do over again, we would stay here and use Bologna as a home base for several more day trips that we didn't get to. Thank...

「Everything was great and the host was a lot of help, very friendly! 」

Danke!」
