I stayed here to see the Pacific Airshow 2025 in Huntington Beach. (Good) The front desk staff were all kind. I had a few questions and approached them several times, but everyone was friendly. There's a big shopping mall (Bella Terra) right in front, making shopping convenient. Plus, there's a Whole Foods Market inside this mall, so I could buy groceries. There's also a beer garden-like place right next door, which would be convenient for those who drink alcohol. The room had a coffee maker and complimentary drip coffee, so you I enjoyed hot coffee whenever you wanted. (Bad) The facilities were generally old. Dust and debris had accumulated in the air conditioner vents, giving an unclean impression. There was no laundry service. To do laundry, I had to go to a coin laundry over a mile away. This was difficult for those without a car. I'm not sure if it's because the walls are thin or the neighbors are loud, but voices carry. I couldn't make out what they were saying, but it was loud enough to know they were talking. The soft drink vending machine on the first floor was broken and unusable at this time, so I couldn't buy anything late at night when I got thirsty, which was a problem. There is no refrigerator or safety deposit box in the room.

The service was not the quality that would be expected at this level of hotel. Front desk and restaurant entrance was unexceptionable. Waiter and the parking staff were good.

It’s good to stay if you go to Knotts berry farm.
