「Stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at nearby Warwick. We arrived before our check-in time, but after a coffee we were allowed access to the room early. The room was lovely and clean with crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but that’s personal preference. The bathroom was a little dated, but perfectly clean, although it had no bin in it. Also there was no hairdryer in the room, but possibly could have been provided if asked...

「Travelled here for a last minute business trip. Very reasonably priced considering location and how expensive other hotels in area were. Late night check in, but was shown to room and they asked if I required food.
Room was clean, quiet and had everything I needed. Good WiFi, very decent size room and enjoyed sitting on the terrace with a cup of tea.
Fridge stocked with actual milk … wine and sparkling water in there, unsure if was complimentary so didn’t touch.
Went to the bar before...
「Service and meals were excellent. The building has wonderful ambience. The only fault I could find was some peeling paint in both my bedroom and bathroom. Also it's the little touches that count - like a box of tissues, cotton wool pads, hand cream etc.」
