「First class as usual - staff very friendly and welcoming 」

「I can't recommend the Bailiffgate Hotel highly enough. The staff are all so lovely. Our concierge, Kevin, was a delight. The team seem to be like family, they work together in such a friendly way. The building, a former school that's been extended, is absolutely stunning! Our room was really spacious. The gorgeous bathroom had a freestanding bath, as well as a walk in shower. Breakfast was delish - excellent choices and cooked to order. We'll be back! 」

「The Dock was fabulous and exactly what I was hoping to achieve for a 1 night stay between my work days. I was gutted as I’d heard so much about the breakfast but I ended up being in such a rush so didn’t have time to have a full English but the lush lady behind the kitchen counter asked me if I wanted a sandwich making to take away. She made me a huge and the best tasting bacon sarnie with a latte to take away (proper fresh brewed coffee) she saved my bacon literally haha. As I didn’t eat again...
