"Overall good stay… Check-in process was a little confusing as the building has a couple different doors. Parking was a challenge. We weren’t happy with housekeeping. The first day we were asked if we needed more towels. I said no but I didn’t realize housekeeping wouldn’t come at all that day. The second day housekeeping came but didn’t change our bed sheets. My son got a bloody nose and it was still the same sheet used for his bed. Breakfast was good, but we would have liked some fruit as well. Location was excellent, right next to a Christmas market and in the center of town. The hosts were very friendly. "

"Room has strong smell of cigarette and has dim lights. The bathroom has strong sewer smell. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator, so dragging two heavy luggages were a real work. "

"We (5 adults) really appreciated the thoughtful accommodations, like the tower fans in each room and the clear waste sepation instructions. The showers worked very well - the best we've had during our 5-city stay. Bathrooms were spacious and beds comfortable. We would have liked more pillows than one, but we propped them up with the extra blankets and it sufficed. Overall, our favorite accommodation during our trip!"

"The property is very nice. The breakfast included was wonderful. The town of Keidrich is about 5 minutes away and has so many wonderful restaurants. My only complaint would be the view. When we booked, the room says valley view but since our room was on a lower level it actually overlooks the driveway and the parking lot. All night long, you can hear cars driving up. I think if we had a higher level room it would have been more enjoyable. "
