"This is my 3rd time staying here my family likes the view but it’s not worth it AT ALL!!!! I have money and I spend money but this place is not worth the aggravation and the rudeness! These people act like they are you doing you a favor by letting you walk into the front door! This place is DIRTY ALL THE TIME! And they know it and the attitude is like oh well. "

"This is an excellent hotel with a few problems. Our room was probably the worst on the property from a location standpoint, but it was still pretty solid. Outside noise was blocked for the most part. However, the noise from the room above us was borderline unbearable. The room was beautiful despite that and the noise was only 6-8 am. The staff were pretty nice. The breakfast included was the definition of a continental breakfast, but it was still very good. Parking is pretty bad. On a good day, the valet takes 20-30 minutes to get your car. We had a MAJOR screwup with parking. The hotel staff was apologetic, but gave me free parking for only one day. $50 compensation for a two hour wait to get my car when I had a flight to catch was pretty lousy. However, I made my flight, so it’s easier to forgive. Overall, if I had been on a top floor and parking wasn’t such a pain this would have been a great place to stay."

"Fantastic stay. Room was super clean, same with bathroom. It's an older hotel,but the managers and staff do a great job keeping it up. There a nice pool in back, and breakfast in the morning was delicious. Theres a valet service I didn't use,but I'm sure it's nice as well. I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in Miami. You won't be disappointed."

"Hotel Itself I love it, location is perfect. The valet parking on the other hand needs more professionalism. They left my sunroof open and when i asked the guy to please close it he started to argue with me and telling me a bunch of things so another guy had to get in the middle and solve the issue. But besides that the hotel is top. "

"The room photos were not the same as advertised. It was very white and clean. I was hoping for some art deco style. But overall it was comfortable and quiet and that was good. The bathroom needs some updates. "
