You’ve worked hard enough, you deserve SERENITY NOW!

Being on mountain doesn’t mean roughing it. Serenity Now! is a walkout main floor corner condo suite located in the Spruce Lodge of Timberline Lodges at Fernie Alpine Resort. Check the map photo provided here and you’ll see that this is the most desired location of Timberline Lodges. Walk to the lifts in 9 minutes and ski back to within 100 meters of the condo.

Stairs shmairs - who needs ‘em! Situated on main floor level means few stairs when loading and unloading your gear. Main floor gives direct outdoor access to your own patio and the property’s extended lawn area. This corner unit condo is also positioned closest to the ski-out that leads from the ski hill. You are minutes to restaurants at the resort village, and a ten minute drive to historic downtown Fernie.

The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo includes a fully equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, large smart TV, and during winter season a gas fireplace. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and the second includes a queen and a double bed, bringing the maximum occupancy to 6 people.

Additional amenities include access to sauna, ping pong table, and gazebo hot tub. Note that these are controlled by the strata and are sometimes closed for servicing and maintenance. Children welcome. Pet friendly with restrictions (contact owners to discuss prior to booking). Non smoking/ vaping. Minimum rental age 25. The host was prompt with replying to messages and answering any questions we had. The hosts expectations on departure were clearly communicated in print. Really enjoyed the corner unit as it provided lots of natural light, spectacular view of the mountains, and handy to have a private patio door to exit/enter from!

We had an excellent stay at the Timberline Spruce condo. The condo was well located in a peaceful neighbourhood, fully stocked with everything we needed, and comfortable. The owner, Jeff, provided excellent communication before and during our stay. We particularly appreciated knowing that the condo would not tolerate noise from dogs, as we were travelling with our two dogs. During our stay, albeit in the off-season, the condo and surrounding area was very quiet, and we were glad to know the rules about noise in advance. Fernie is a quaint town with lots to do, and this condo was the perfect base to explore the beautiful outdoors.

Great place to stay

Jeff was very responsive to any questions we had. Very clean and had everything we could need. A really convenient place to stay if you’re planning on skiing\snowboarding at the mountain and just 10 minutes to downtown. Overall a great place to stay!

Authentic and well-equipped

Our family's ski trip at Jeff's family's condo was fabulous. The three beds were comfortable and spacious, and the kitchen was one of the best equipped we've enjoyed in many short-term rentals.This place truly felt like "home away from home", but in this case, "home" was a convenient five minute walk to the base of Fernie Alpine Resort.

Wedding in July

As mother of the groom, the kitchen had everything I could need for food preparations over the weekend, and so close to the Matterhorn where the wedding took place. It was a busy weekend and the condo was a quiet space to retreat to and relax.

Wonderful Stay

Great location for downhill biking on the resort. Unit was clean, comfortable, and located on the ground floor with a direct door outside which made storing of bikes and access to unit so easy. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!

Perfect!

Easy walk to village, which we took advantage of multiple times. Skied back to within 100 feet or so of the condo. Great ski storage on the back porch. Condo kitchen was well equipped. All around great stay. We will be back!

Fantastic location and very user friendly for families of all ages

Lots of space and everything you need including the small things like condiments. Owner definitely caters the place for a very hassle free stay! Only a 5min walk up to the ski hill and maybe 50 metres once you ski back on the ski track to the back door entrance. Great to have the ground floor access and separate access. Very comfortable layout and well looked after. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Janual 2023

At the risk of creating competition for future bookings, Janual 2023 has been an exceptional experience from minute one after booking to the week after our trip was complete. Jeff was a saint (extra star for you Jeff if you unravel this reference), and was the most accommodating and welcoming host. He was clear, accountable, and the product was immaculate. We are a group of middle aged women escaping life for the weekend, and this condo facilitated exactly what our group needed. It was warm, welcoming, clean and exactly like the pictures advertised. In no specific order our favourites to mention were the towels as soft as pillows; warm inviting fireplace; stunning mountain views; comfortable seating everywhere; a workable kitchen; spacious bedrooms with "make up stations" for us ladies! An umbrella for those "R" days in winter 💦💧 Stocked spice cupboards (but seeing as though we definitely didn't cook all weekend, we didn't end up using these); comfortable bedding. I could go on... but risking "too long didn't read" I'll stop. Thanks again Jeff! Look forward to next time!!!

Great place

Great property! Clean, well stocked and the communication with the host was perfect. We had never been to Fernie before, so didn’t realize this was still a good 9 minute walk to hill with kids. But overall great condo and would highly recommend.
