「The staff's response was neither good nor bad, but the walls of the room were thin and I could hear the guests in the next room talking, and when someone walked down the hallway, it vibrated inside the room, waking me up in the morning, even though I wanted to sleep well.」

「Really nice staff, really nice location + pub venue (The Loft), REALLY lousy gym + sauna, shower, breakfast, and kitchen. Everything from the can opener to the oven barely worked in my kitchen. Tv is not a smart tv and wouldn’t connect to my Apple TV/firestick to watch Netflix etc. Channel selection limited.」

「Excellent」

「Loved our overnight stay, clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast and an inn full of character.」

「We stayed there for my husbands BD - it’s lovely and we will be back again.」

「Really happy with the hotel. We stayed at 5 different hotels this trip and this hotel and 1 other were the only hotels that made us want to come back.」

「It is convenient area where are many shops and cafes around the hotel and also very close to the BC ferry bus stop.」
