「I have stayed at Hampton Inns in many different locations for many years. Some clearly better than others. This one was a standout. On the outskirts of of Tarpon Springs and it was pleasantly quiet which is a big concern of mine. Breakfast buffet /coffee was excellent. Pool was clean and well maintained. Room was large and the AC kept me cool. Staff was friendly.」

「Room was clean except for ants by the balcony and on the table by the sliding door. Hot tub was closed. Breakfast was alright for a quality inn. Room was quiet except for the busy road in front. Been coming to this hotel for years, love it by it has its quirks, lol」

「Beautiful, historic hotel located in the center of New Port Richey. Lots of restaurants surrounding it, with a beautiful park out the back door. The rooms are wonderful. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.」

「Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...

「The room was clean, and the location was convenient to downtown Dunedin, our room was on the opposite side of the elevator and very inconvenient to get to our door. We could not use the balcony, they were doing work on the outside of the hotel and the dust was all over the outside, we put our bathing suits and T-shirts to dry, and it got ruined. We arrived early and asked for a possible early check-in not granted unless we paid that $10 for every hour before check in time, $10. Don’t buy much...
