We have 14 Beautiful Cabins perfect for a retreat. Cabins has a sleeping loft, AC, Bathroom, Kitchenette, small living space or another bed downstairs. Most have an outdoor shower, Porch or deck, and Outdoor seating, perfect for summer grilling or relaxing morning coffee.
We are on 200 acres of scenic views, along with outdoor activities.
We have miles of hiking and bike trails, Dream Lake for fishing, swimming, and other water activities, also golf cart rentals, and a petting zoo for the kids.
This is a perfect get away for just yourself, your partner, or the family!
We cant wait for you to fall in love with the North Texas Country side your stay!

Great Getaway

My daughter and I had a fantastic time staying in one of the small cabins. Our dogs got to run around and my daughter had a blast chasing all the dogs and exploring. The owner and clearly were both fantastic. It was a great time and we will be back.

Spring Break getaway

This was a last minute get away for spring break. we were looking for a place that was close to Dallas and this was great! There were walking trails, you can rent golf carts & fire pits. There is a Rec Room where you can play pool & darts. Did feel more like someone's living room. Everyone was very responsive before the trip and great while on the trip. Highly recommend this place.

Almost enjoyed the stay

Relaxing time until we discovered the bedsheets and pillows were covered with bugs and spiders. The bed looked inviting until we pulled the comforter back and moved the pillows. Slept on sofa and left quickly the next day.

Great Getaway

This ranch is called Best Day Ever and it was the Best Day Ever! I enjoyed the piece and quiet and the owner was very nice. Who can say they had a lake all to themselves. : - ) My pup and I soaked that up and we can't wait to come back sometime soon.

Camping in Comfort

This place provided us with a wonder weekend getaway. Fully enjoy the beautiful property and being outdoors with the comfort of cold AC in the cabin. Nice sized refrigerator and freezer, water got nice and hot, comfortable beds. Made dinners and breakfasts on the charcoal grill and were able to enjoy campfires at the fire pit. We also got to zip around the place with a golf cart. Our 3 yr loved riding her bike down the paths and my wife and I enjoyed driving a golf cart behind her! The owner will treat you like an old buddy. The staff were so nice to us and were the icing on the cake of our magical little weekend there. We can’t wait to go back!!

Couldn't ask for a better stay.

We rented this cabin for our adult children and their partners over the 4th of July. Everyone was amazing during check in, there is so much to do on the ranch and in near by Van Alstyne. We have already booked our next stay and can't wait!
