Lovely family home in a great location

We loved our stay at Red Rocks, the property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with two families. The backyard was really secure and plenty of room for the kids. Would definitely stay again!

A very lovely stay with a small downside.

The house was clean and organized upon arrival, it appeared as advertised and served us well. Only two things are worth mentioning outside of that. The wheelie bins were full when we arrived, which meant we had to take our rubbish home with us. Also, the property is listed on Stayz as being pet friendly, however, we only received notification the night before that pets were not allowed inside the property.

Family Weekend

Our stay was wonderful. The house was big enough for 10 people to fit in and it was close to all the amenities and activities we wanted. The bunk beds were a little bit uncomfortable, but that is to be expected. The yard area was very enjoyable, and the houses layout meant that when some people went to bed, they were not disturbed by those who were staying up later. Overall I would recommend this place to stay!!

Quiet neighbourhood. Close to everything: town, penguins, wildlife reserve, etc. heaps of room with most bedrooms separated so if someone wanted to retire early, they could… and undisturbed. Great house, experience and communication. Thanks!

General cleaning was good. However the cooking stove was not clean at all. Also when using the air conditioner, that was found to be inadequate. Luckily my grandson was in the business and serviced and cleaned it, then it worked well.

Location and child friendly!

This property was perfect for two small families, fur baby included! We had enough room to feel comfortable and the kids had everything from toys to play with as well and plastic crockery! Easy to find and get to and from main street. Will definitely be back!

Great holiday house

Great place to stay for a break weather was perfect. The house was a great size for 7 people and the pool table was very popular. The only thing was the book for the accommodation seemed to be missing. House was very clean also .

Fantastic

This house is perfect for large groups. 9 adults and 2 dogs, the adults loved the house and the dogs loved the yard. The beds were comfortable, everything you could need in comfort is supplied. Although chilly we sat outside each evening around the under cover area, and then had the inside fire on which heated the house beautifully. The 3 living areas meant everyone could spread out. We recommend Red Rock villa highly!

Great stay

We had a great stay 3 families plus kids and dogs, we all had a lovely time. We had to wait for the house to be cleaned upon arrival, but the lady was lovely and all was sorted.

Great beach family holiday

Short walk to beach, easy with kids. Short drive to Cowes shops and pier. Our family enjoyed the Wii, 2 large screen T.V’s and the pool table was a hit. Outdoor table came in handy for enjoying the winter sunshine. Two living areas allowed space for adults and kids. Relaxing and enjoyable time away in an inviting holiday home.

Excellent property for families or groups. Close to penguin and shops a 5 mins drive.

We loved this property and would come back again. It was a perfect size for our 2 families. We loved the open fire and the kids loved the bunks. The outdoor area is fantastic and our dog enjoyed the space also. Very happy with the location. Easy to get to the shops and the penguins are nearby.

Red Rock House

Property was disappointing. Not particularly clean (eg rugs and lounges very sandy and with animal hair), and inadequately supplies kitchen utensils, crockery etc. Eg A house advertising a sleeping capacity of 10+ but only having two or three non matching drinking glasses is not helpful. Also the main kitchen/living area is too cluttered with the furniture - the dining table was effectively rendered useless for all to sit around because of the adjacent lounge suite. Not sufficient hanging space - including no hooks in the en suite bathroom. It could be a nice property to stay in, but needs a rethink about how it is set up, particularly inside, to be suitable for guests. Neighbours on one side could be a problem.
