"Ive stayed here quite a few times, and you’re definitely getting what you pay for! Most recently, we had to change rooms because the cleanliness was below bare minimum. Staff was kind as usual, and changed our room immediately. There were 5+ burn holes in the “smoke free” room on the duvet cover, which also was covered in stains. There was also a massive hole punched into the wall with a towel shoved into it. I would not recommend sleeping here, but it has definitely become my go-to hotel to get ready in for shows at the Caverns in Pelham. "

"Pool was black from winter. Owner was a jerk. Parked in an unloading spot, with signs for unloading, he demanded we move "right now". Car covered in tarp was blocking the actual unloading parking spot."

After house keeping came they only left 1 towel and no face cloths and when I went to the front desk and asked for more because it was 4 ppl in the room they only gave me 1 more towel and just 2 face cloths. It could be a lot better for the price they are charging "

"we found this place for a one night stay for anniversary. It was perfect. The food was excellent. The staff was friendly. The room was clean, and the hotel itself was quite stunning."

"The tiny home was decorated adorable but the queen bed was broken and sagged so bad in the middle. We ended up leaving a night early because the sleeping situation was awful. The little fireplace was a nice touch and it was really clean. Quiet and peaceful. No trouble checking in. Would have been a great stay if the bed wasn’t broken. "
