I still don't have a working TV remote control, same thing I said last week and the same thing I said when I checked in this week again. It comes a point when you get tired of asking for the same thing over and over, so I'm out of here tomorrow morning.

Horrible place, heater/ac unit did not work. Holes and falling ceiling above shower. None of the soap/lotion dispensers worked. No customer service. Hallways smelled like cigarettes. Elevators worked intermittently. 👎👎👎

Tub had soap rings on the edges from bars of soap. Kids running amuck through the second floor being loud and obnoxious. Adults downstairs partying and being loud past midnight. Loved the remote location! Everyone took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, massage chairs, and sauna. The grill was very cool, we've nicer cooked on something like that before. We enjoyed the fire pit and view of the stars as well. Would definitely stay here again.
