「Becky is a lovely host. She was very responsive, quick to troubleshoot, left a very gracious welcome basket with munchies for each night, and a warm welcome card. She even checked in a day into our stay to see how things were going. Everything was as described. The bed was very comfy and she had a wide variety of pillows to choose from for personal comfort. Location was great between downtown Lex and BV. Will stay again left time were in the area. Thank you, Becky. 」

「This was a great overnight vacation experience. I love the whole concept, and the environment was peaceful and restful. To those needing more entertainment you’re gonna find the lack of TV lacking. For me, though I was able to watch movies with the free Wi-Fi and my computer. I also wanted to warn those of you who might be on a two wheel motorcycle that the parking downhill in gravel was a little challenging. I would definitely recommend this experience. 」

「The cleaning crew on this unit is something else. All of the appliances look brand new inside and out. Think inside of the dish washer looks like you are the first one to ever use it. Our family with 2 littles ages 4 and 2 loved all of the movies and games and watching the skiers from the balcony. Short walk to Powder Monkey lift and the littles could also walk to the Village. Overall a great location and unit!」

「This place has potential, but there are several things that need to be done for the property to bring it up to the standard of a vacation rental. First and foremost, it needs a deep cleaning. 「10/10 stay! This place blew us away. The photos really don’t do it justice. We rented the Upper Barn for our wedding weekend and hosted our rehearsal dinner welcome party here, and it was perfect. Justin was wonderful to work with, super helpful with the booking and catering process.
