「We had a good time staying at this place. It was very clean. Very modern, and very central located so I feel like I paid less than what I would’ve paid anywhere else for a great condo that was centrally located.」

「Great location with small and efficient rooms. Shared kitchen and only a few rooms with en-suite private bathroom. Other rooms the private bathroom is accessed from the hallway.」

「Photo of couch has been edited. It’s half the size of the picture. There is no lighting down walk way to the place. Best of luck finding parking anywhere close by. Be careful climbing the ladder to the bed as the ceiling is about 3’ high when you get to the top. The location is really good. It was clean. Definitely not a place I’d rent again.」

「Very clean room. Very punctual and responsive property management company. The property is large and amenities close by. Mercer island is wooded and gorgeous; however, the streets are steep and hilly. Be advised that it isn’t a quick walk to the LRT station. It would probably take 30-40 minutes to walk to the station. The restaurant area is nice, but be advised lots of places close early (8-9pm) due to the islands primarily residential compliment.」

「The location is very close to the Seattle Transit E line and only a 10 minute ride to downtown. The property was clean and the host very attentive.」

「Everything is just perfect. Nothing to complain except one thing which is the cleaning fees for two nights is overpriced and crazy. Also, the pots and pans need to change. That’s all. 」

「This apartment was exactly as described. Fully stocked kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Cute balcony with table, chairs, clean functioning grill. Good internet and TV connections included Netflix. Beautiful landscaping including pretty flower boxes. Easy communication with host. Convenient location.」
