The ´bouche à l'oreille ´ did the rest to make this apartment one of the most appreciated: - the unique and breathtaking view of the valley and the springboards - the distinction by the 'Courchevel Montagne' label for its comfort and equipment -the central location, classified 'ski in ski out'!
The apartment is on the fifth and last floor of a beautiful building called "L'Epinette", the entrance being located on the 2nd. The apartment is designed for a perfect stay up to 6 adults.
All the rooms are extremely bright thanks to the large windows and the exceptional view. You will thus admire the Vanoise National Park, the Tarentaise valley and the Courchevel Olympic springboards and this, from all rooms.
It is a 3 room apartment (37m² / 400sqf), composed of a living room including the kitchen, a bedroom with double bed, a small bedroom with 2 bunk beds (each bedroom is separated by a real door) and a bathroom. of baths.
The kitchen has been completely renovated this summer and is equipped with everything you could need (fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, raclette machine ...) .
The bathroom is functional with shower cubicle, shower and toilet.
In the living room you will find a 42 'plasma TV with a multimedia player (you can connect your USB device and enjoy your DivX movies). There is also a pair of speakers that you can plug into any music device like an iPod / iPhone and any other smartphone or MP3 player.
The apartment is cleaned with natural products (without synthesis): vinegar, bleach, Marseille soap.
The woodwork and wooden furniture are treated with ecological varnishes not derived from petroleum.
Tap water comes from the mountains, it is of exceptional quality and softness.
In the main entrance of the building you will find a private ski locker and parking at the back of the building.
Courchevel is part of the 3 Vallées area - the largest ski area in the world! In the heart of the Courchevel ski area, my apartment is located in the charming village Courchevel-Le-Praz.
In the village Courchevel -Le- Praz, you will find all the amenities you may need. About 50m from the building there is a bakery, a butcher / caterer, a tobacconist, ski rental shops and of course several bars and restaurants.
For your ski sessions, the "Praz" and "Forêt" ski lifts are located just 300m from the apartment. From there, you will have access to the largest ski area in the world: "The 3 Valleys".
For real beginners, a 'zen' space is available in Courchevel -Le- Praz (near the ski jump hills), also 300m from the apartment. There you will find a green slope and a free ski lift.
The free bus to the other Courchevel points (1850/1550/1650) is 150m from the apartment. This line also serves the Aquamotion aquatic center in 10 min.
Directly accessible from the building, you have cross-country ski trails, you can also go tobogganing and snowshoeing.

Location is wonderful, the apartment is nice. Communications with the owner were extremely timely and accurate. This would be great rental for all days except the very hottest due to ventilation difficulties. I would definitely recommend for a ski vacation. Please note that the “third” bedroom is actually the living room/kitchen.
The location is excellent--a 5 minute walk to the lift. You can store your skis at the lift for around $10/day--very convenient. The listing though is deceiving. It is two bedrooms, not three. The second bedroom is tiny, more like a closet. The space is OK for only two people, There is NO stove. There is no pillow for the second "bedroom". Had to purchase our own TP, soap, and paper towels. The space was clean. The owner was responsive. Check-in process was efficient. It is on the 4th floor--so need to walk up. Ski storage on ground floor worked well. Quaint village.

Amazing apartment with fantastic views
Just what we needed. The right space, the right location and straightforward instructions and arrangements. We will be back.
It was our group’s first trip to Courchevel, and this property was perfect for us! Great location- with a grocery store, restaurants, patisseries, and ski rentals just steps away. It’s also a 10 minute walk to a gondola that takes you up to the hub of 1850. The property itself was clean, well stocked for our party of 4 people, and had a great view that we enjoyed taking in each morning over coffee. Matthieu was also very responsive and helpful with questions before and during our stay. Couldn’t recommend this property more for those going to Courchevel 😊
Family of four including two adult twin lads. Double bed and full size bunk beds. Ski lockers at the entrance, parking behind the apartments . Cooking facilities fine for breakfast and also apres ski. Apartment is warm and cozy. Reliable broadband and good TV, we plugged in our Amazon firestick. Great communication from the owner Matthieu. Good bar "The Drop Inn" over the road. No more than 10 mins walk to the ski lift. We've been twice now, will stay again, if visiting the Three Valleys in the future. Thanks Matthieu. My favorite place for relaxation and privacy
Thank you for the awesome place and view, Matthieu!
Particularly appreciated the modern kitchen, overall equipment, decoration, tidiness (being alergic to dust, I enjoyed relaxing in bed and sofas!)
The place is totally cosy and private - top floor situation should be the key to such an exclusiveness.
I am looking forward to coming back here again for skiing, namely because this place is the best deal I have had in Courchevel. I understand that as a discreet host you are keeping this excellent price eventhough you seem to have an established reputation.

Great place to stay
We used this condo in January 2016 as our base to ski the 3 Valleys ski areas. It was the perfect place to stay; both the condo itself and the village of Le Praz. The unit had what we needed to cook breakfasts and dinners and the beds were comfortable. It was a very easy and short walk to the lifts that access Courchevel and Meribel resorts. The village of Le Praz is great as it seems to be a real town versus other ski communities such as Courchevel, etc.. The people are very friendly and the village has all that we needed including bars, restaurants, market, local cheese/meat cooperative and bus service. If we could do it all over again, we would stay here again! Thanks Matthieu...

Courchevel La Praz - Great View
It's great to stay in Matthieu's apartment, which is quite close to the liftchair. Also next to the apartment is a bakery. The pastry there is excellent. It is also very convenient to rent ski stuff at the ski shop just opposite the Hotel les Peuplier. I would like to stay in Matthieu's apartment again.

Clean homely apartment, idea for a family of 4
Spacious homely apartment in Courchevel La Praz. Fully equipped and very clearn. Plenty of room to relax in the evening and close to an excellent bakery. About 10 minutes walk (with children) to the lifts.

Great and pleasant stay...
Perfect fit for our group (4 people)...nice view, close to the ski lifts and pistes. There is an awesome bakery 30m away. Fair price. The owner is a gentlemen, helping out with all information and very flexible to attend. Thanks Matthieu!! Antonio
