"There was a snafu with check in and needing additional information which made it really late. When we finally got into the building one of the bathroom doors was locked. Overall, not a huge deal. "Overall a very nice house and boat dock was convenient for mooring our boat. There was a little hiccup in getting the moorage agreement settled, but it was resolved. My daughter and my grandkids slept in the room with the bunk beds and all came home with massive amounts of bug bites. "While this property works well for a large group, it does not match the photos. There was trash all over the property outside (old rusting chairs, chip bags, etc.), and the decking is starting to fall apart. There had been a significant storm event, so when we arrived, the driveway was covered in sand, and the garage door was ajar from piled-up sand/debris. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. The inside was clean but had a broken set of blinds in the living room, broken tiles in one of...
