「We had a lovely stay at the cottage for 1 week in November. The same parking spot right outside the door of the cottage was always there for us. There was COMPLETE silence even though it is in the town centre. Local takeouts are closeby, within walking distance, also groceries, pharmacy ,cafes etc and by walking distance i mean within 5 mins, at a leisurely pace. Lismore is an extremely quiet town. There are pubs but no customers, that we saw. Im assuming summertime is the busy season. The...

「What a beautiful place to stay. A quaint little Cottage set away from the hustle and bustle. The Cottage was clean, tidy and well resourced. Our host was amazing, her communication was prompt and helpful, and even though it was Christmas Day, she took a break from her own family to bring some timber for our log fire. 「House was fantastic - immaculately clean and well-equipped. They had really thought about our arrival with the heating already on so it was lovely and warm. There was also a number of "welcome" items (box of cereal, milk, coffee teabags, biscuits and a lovely bottle of wine). Plenty of towels, Shower was excellent - easy to use, good pressure and lovely and hot.」

「Decent sized room and shower room. Quiet location. Not very far to two decent sandy beaches. A few places nearby to visit, the Lighthouse at Hook Point and Tintern Abbey, ferry at East Passage over to Waterford to name but a few. Enjoyable stay with wonderful weather」
