"I reserved a room and when we got there. A smoking room was what I got. The breakfast area was dirty from the morning breakfast. Disgusting. The room was terrible with smoke smell and cigarette burns on the comforter. I went down to get a non smoking room. Went up to it and it still smelled like smoke and cigarette burns were in the skirt on the bed. The furniture were in tough shape. That was enough for me. I went down to cancel the reservation which he did. I hardly ever write a review so this tells you how bad it was. I really don't know how this place was rated as high as it is."

"Ran out of breakfast items and it wasn’t fresh. Didn’t have change for the washing machines even though they said they would. Requested maid service and never came.
Management didn’t care and didn’t respond.
