- Brand new cabin /house finished in 2023, 1 mile from stateline boat ramp, huge boat storage shared with 3 other rented cabins on a 10 acre wooded property, fire pit with many chairs and tables next to the boat storage, 60 “ tv in living room and 42” in master with 250 channels. No Wifi but cell phones have good reception
