Ground floor: kitchen, dining room, living room, office, and laundry room (tumble dryer) with WC.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm x 200 cm, 1 single sofa bed) with private shower room and WC, 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 cm x 200 cm) with private shower room, 2 bedrooms (2 double beds 160 cm x 200 cm), bathroom, and WC.
An old, fully restored bread oven located 15 m from the main house. On the ground floor: 1 bedroom (1 double bed 160 cm x 200 cm), shower room with WC; upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 single beds 90 cm x 200 cm).
Bed linens and towels provided.
Terrace and garden of 1,500 m²
Parking with electric vehicle charging station (7 kW) with billing according to consumption.
The 80 m² reception room (without furniture) with equipped kitchen (for up to 60 people), speakers, Wi-Fi, and HDMI video projector with motorized projection screen, changing rooms, and disabled toilets are available for rent on site and reserved for the cottage: €450/weekend.
For business clients: cleaning required. Former farmhouse (unused) of an 18th and 19th century castle with a turret, located in a very peaceful setting of meadows and woods.
The cottage, completely independent, is located in the Normandie-Maine Regional Natural Park and on the edge of the Perche Regional Natural Park.
Nearby: hiking trails, a greenway, and the Mêle-sur-Sarthe lake.
Located 150 km from Paris via the N12 and 25 km from the A28.
Orne Tourism recommends: the Mêle-sur-Sarthe leisure center with its supervised beach and water sports (flyboarding, overboarding, sailing, pedal boats, etc.).
