"Domage que la porte d'entree ne ferme pas de l'extérieure. Bien sur pour la securite il y a le volet quand on s'abente mais pour eviter la chaleur ou le froid de rentrer quand on s'absente ??? . Sinon, le logement est tres propre et confortable bien qu'un peu petit..Domage egalement de ne pas pouvoir conracter le propriétaire si besoin."

"The location was fabulous and would definitely stay in that neighborhood again.Close to everything! As far as the apartment it had everything one needed for a good stay. I would recommend it for short stay only as the four story walk up became a bit much."

"The property is in an excellent position in central Rouen. It is a budget option with the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, showing their age. However the linens were clean and the bathroom was very clean and shower worked well. The breakfast buffet was very good. Downside was the lack of aircon in a 30c heat. Staff lovely."
