Our family loved our time at this house. It was spacious, beautiful, and a great location. Would highly recommend staying here as the amenities were top notch. We could not have picked a better place to stay in Cherry Springs.

Peaceful & Relaxing

This property was very comfortable and homey, and the amenities were as described. The view was fantastic and in a very peaceful setting. The location was perfect, very easy to get into town. I would highly recommend this property if youre looking to get away from the hustle and bustle!

Great Getaway

Truly a wonderful property for a weekend getaway. Well maintained with a responsive host. Nice to be able to wander around the lake and nearby forest during the day and relax on the patio or at the fire pit under the stars at night.

Wonderful Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It was very clean, comfortable and well supplied. The hosts were great at communication, and made sure we had everything we needed! We definitely hope to come back in the future.

It was wonderful!!!! Felt like we lived there so comfortable and quiet so welcoming as soon as you entered the door. Host was very accommodating to our emails and request very pleasant felt like I knew her !!! Just a short distance from cherry springs state park, but honestly the stars from the deck were spectacular.!!!! Love Love Loved it here !!!!! Can feed the fish in the pond too they provide food..so fun !! I could keep going and going Great Place !!!!

Perfect stay!

Absolutely stunning home and property. Most well stocked, well appointed, and cleanest rental we've ever stayed in. Owners thought of absolutely everything! We loved lounging on the deck, watching the night sky from the hammocks, and enjoyed smores around the fire pit. A true gem!

The home and location are beautiful! Very well kept and clean house. Beautiful views! This is a wonderful property to vacation at, it is exactly as listed. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond, friendly people :). We would love to stay there again. I have no complaints whatsoever. You'll love it!

Awesome place

My wife and I stayed at this place for a week and it was amazing. My sister and niece came for the weekend and we all loved the property. We did some fishing on the pond and we caught a bunch of fish. We brought our to dogs that loved to explore the property. Would absolutely stay at this property again.

Beautiful house and property

The house was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our family of 4. The location was great being only 10 minutes from Coudersport while still feeling like we were in a nice rural area. We were comfortable and had a great time hanging out at the house not doing much and fishing at the pond. We might need to come back again!

A Beautiful Getaway

The A-Frame was in the perfect setting overlooking a lake/pond and the hills of the PA Wild. The terrace made it very comfortable and convenient to view the stars at night. There were many things to enjoy on the property and all the many sightseeing were within an hour away. Good location overall and very comfortable and clean. Our stay was nothing but positive and memorable.

Beautiful!

My family and I had a wonderful time! The house had everything that we needed and the large, wrap-around deck was perfect for stargazing! Our kids enjoyed playing outside and loved fishing in the pond. We had such a nice time that we are planning on returning next summer :)

Great place to stay.

This home is very cozy. The deck is a great place to sit, relax and look at the stars. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners are easy to communicate with and answered questions promptly. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine which was a nice touch. One thing, make sure you bring all the food/drinks you’ll need as this property isn’t close to many things. Sheetz, Dollar General, McDonalds, nearby.

We selected the A-Frame at Cherry Springs for our recent stargazing trip, based on the pictures of the property and its location - only 8 miles from Cherry Springs State Park. Communications with the host were excellent; Noelle responded to my text messages within minutes! Check-in and check-out were both simple processes. I set my telescope up on the roomy deck and enjoyed multiple nights of spectacular skies! What's not obvious in the pictures is that the property is right next to PA-44... everyone drives with their brights on and the bright lights are an annoyance. The house was clean and is kept in excellent condition. We're a retired couple, both with a pair of knee replacements; we struggled with climbing up and down the steps between the main living area (with the big screen TV) and the kitchen. We visited Cherry Springs State Park, Austin Dam and the WW2 Museum in Eldred; I wasn't expecting much from Austin Dam and the WW2 Museum, but they were surprisingly good and very much worth the time. Be sure to feed the fishes in the pond; it's a zen thing. :) All in all, an excellent property in an excellent location!

I am losing count of the number of times we have stayed at this beautiful house! The ability to enjoy the beauty of this area in a house with any amenity you may need is incredible! The stars did not disappoint- and our views from the deck were superior to traveling to the park. The owners have thought of everything you may need! You will not be disappointed!! We will be back - already booked for 2025!

This property was so wonderful that we didn't want to leave! It was impeccably clean. The beds and chairs were all comfortable. It was just me and my husband, but I could see how well it would accommodate more guests. Each bedroom is on a separate floor and offers enough space and privacy that would suit two couples or a family with children. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook. It was hands-down the best equipped kitchen we've ever had in a vacation rental. The grounds were wonderful. It was so pleasant to sit on the very spacious deck and look out at the lake below or take a walk around the lake. We went to the Cherry Springs area in order to see the stars and the milky way. We quickly discovered that you can see everything just as well from the deck as you can from the field at Cherry Springs State Park. My husband was able to get some amazing pictures of the night sky. We would return to this house without hesitation. Finally, the owners were so helpful and friendly! Love this place!

FANTASTIC Trip

The house was the perfect home base for a trip to the Coudersport area. It was welcoming, well-equipped, a great location, and comfortable. The stars were incredible. My kids loved feeding the fish in the small lake. The owners were friendly and helpful in all communications. From this house, we were within an hour from many fun and memorable locations. We would recommend this stay to family and friends.

Spectacular Star Gazing

We had a wonderful time! The house is bright and welcoming, with surprises galore! The hosts have thought of everything to make for a wonderful time away. Perfectly clear skies the first two nights. We enjoyed the view from the deck. As a bonus, the Starlink Satelite Train made an appearance the second night and streamed across the sky to our astonishment and delight. I highly recommend this vacation home to anyone who enjoys nature and prefers top notch creature comforts as well!

This place was beautiful, incredibly welcoming, comfortable, spacious, and brilliantly decorated. The hosts responded to the few questions I had quickly. The highlight of the trip, the night sky, was absolutely gorgeous. The cabin itself is an experience too! The notes left behind in journals by other visitors to the cabin were beautiful to read. Truth be told it was an absolute perfect retreat for my friends to get away from the city and into nature. Without a doubt I'll be coming here in the future, when the weather is a bit warmer! :)

Just Relax!

Do you need to relax? If so, you definitely need to go to the A-frame! This house has everything you need to relax and rewind in a beautiful setting. The pond is stocked with fish, and my husband had a wonderful time catching and releasing fish all day! At night there are about 1 million stars and it’s breathtaking. The house was extremely well stocked, and the owners have thought of everything! Just a wonderful place and we hope to come back someday.

Great house!!

We had an incredible stay at this property. Star viewing was amazing. Views are beautiful. This house is not your cookie cutter, bland “run by a corporation”property. It is a cozy home in an amazing location! We loved the oversized super comfy couch and the game area. Deck is gigantic! Noelle was super easy to work with, very responsive and allowed us to check out an hour later than scheduled. Our family made lifetime memories here and we hope to return again in the future.
