The master shower barely trickled water, the hot tub had dirty towels floating in it, and neither the hot tub nor the pool worked at all during our stay. On top of that, the listing failed to mention extra charges for pool use — a completely misleading and dishonest practice. They called me 1 hour before check in and told me they were going to cancel my reservation if I didn’t give them 500 over the phone! For the money they charge, this property is a joke. It’s poorly maintained, misrepresented, and feels like a scam. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else."

"This house was perfect for our family vacation to Southern California. The layout of the house gave many options for being together or spreading out. The kids could've spent the entire time in the pool. Our family has rented many houses over the years, and this was one of our favorites. The age range of our family was young kids to our senior parents. "
