Precious house with a completely private swimming pool in Costitx.



The house, very cosy, has two bedrooms, one of them double, located on the ground floor, and another in a mezzanine, which is accessed from the living room, a full bathroom, a spacious and bright living room and a fully equipped American kitchen.



On the outside of the house, you will find a porch with a table where you can have breakfast or eat in the shade and enjoy the pleasant climate of the island surrounded by nature.



In the barbecue area, we have a relaxation zone with sun loungers and a private pool for our clients. For the little ones, there is a play area, and for the older ones, a chill-out zone where they can relax while watching the sunset.



This house is located in Costitx, a charming and peaceful village situated in the heart of Mallorca, ideal for those seeking to disconnect and enjoy the authentic essence of the island. Surrounded by open fields, almond trees and rural landscapes, it offers a serene and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed holiday away from mass tourism.



Its traditional streets, typical Mallorcan architecture and leisurely pace invite you to immerse yourself in local life, enjoy the local gastronomy and discover charming corners. Additionally, Costitx is known for hosting the Astronomical Observatory of Mallorca, a unique place to contemplate the starry sky in a privileged setting.



Thanks to its central location, it allows you to easily explore the rest of the island, combining the tranquillity of the interior with escapes to nearby beaches, mountains and towns.



-As you may already know, in some areas there is a mandatory payment tax called ecotax, used by public bodies for environmental preservation. In the Balearic Islands, we must charge this tax to our clients, the amount is €2 per night and per person up to eight nights, from the ninth night onwards €1 will be charged per night and per person.



-If the booking is made through Homeaway or Booking, a 30% advance payment will be requested. Nevertheless, you have 15 days before your arrival to cancel without penalty.
