「Herdade Do Touril is one of the nicest places we have stayed in our many travels around the world. The facilities are quite nice and well maintained. The property is like none other, surrounded by thousands of acres of farmland. It’s quiet, relaxing and one gets a sense of bring “away from it all” and yet there are miles of walking and biking trails along the ocean as well as through the farming areas. 「Stunning resort & brilliant for kids, with loads of activities & 4 different pools. Only gripe is with the cost of the food, far too expensive e.g €25 for a burger in one restaurant & when Sagres town is a hefty walk with young children in tow, you have little option but to eat on site. On reflection we wish we’d got an apt with a kitchen so we could’ve self catered」

「ザグレスもこのポウザーダも想像以上に素晴らしく、地の果ての感慨があります。冬なのにサーフィンをしてる人がいるくらい暖かいです。日本人はあまりここまで足を延ばさないようですが、わざわざ来る価値のある場所とポウザーダです。ここは日本人のイメージする歴史的建造物を利用したポウザーダではありませんが、明るい雰囲気で、本当に居心地の良いポウザーダです。リラックスでき、旅の疲れを癒せました。ホテルの人はフレンドリーで、温かく、さすがポウザーダだと感じられました。海側の部屋は料金がアップになりますが(二泊で30ユーロ)、ここまで来たら海側に泊まった方が断然良いです。魚料理は火を通し過ぎず、とても柔らかく日本人には最高でした。泊まった日にメニューにあるカタプラーナがなかったことだけが残念でした。」
