"Stunning resort & brilliant for kids, with loads of activities & 4 different pools. Only gripe is with the cost of the food, far too expensive e.g €25 for a burger in one restaurant & when Sagres town is a hefty walk with young children in tow, you have little option but to eat on site. On reflection we wish we’d got an apt with a kitchen so we could’ve self catered"

"Hotel was very clean and service was exceptional!! We booked a partial sea view room, however when we walk in, the sea was only visible if we went to the edge of our balcony and the view was blocked by a tree. We inquired at reception and they quickly checked us into another room with a partial sea view. Breakfast was fantastic! "

"From the moment you drive up the long driveway to Enigma, your first thoughts are that it’s a stunning hotel, an architect’s delight, with amazing views over the countryside. However there were some flaws of the hotel we noticed soon after entering the lobby. The hotel has so much potential to be more and do better than it was. "This is a quiet resort situated right on the coast. There are no restaurants on site but there is a bar and breakfast can be arranged. Bruno, at the front desk, helped us when we had some maintenance concerns. Anastasia, who served breakfast, was delightful. Only negative was that the double bed was too small and soft. "
