「This hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from the airport, so you don't mind traffic from the city to GIG, this is a good choice. However, don't expect too much from the amenities or the beds.　There are two to three airport shuttles per hour.」

「It was a good stay. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast had a good variety and delicious! The room was a bit dark, didn't get much sunlight. Our room had a view of the neighboring building. We only had a small view of the beach from the balcony. The shower hose was broken, the water was weak and it leaked. Still, thanks to the great staff, I’ll definitely come back to PortoBay.」

「This hotel is ideally located on Copacabana beach. It is modern in design. The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, there were no iron or ironing boards! This was a complete surprise as despite being a seasoned traveller, I have never come across this, certainly not in a hotel of this calibre. Also, in the room, the coffee facilities were there, but the pods were chargeable! When you are paying to stay in a suite, I would have expected them to be free. 」

「O Windsor Barra ainda merece muitas estrelas, pois, na média, ainda é muito superior aos outros hoteis da região. Tem excelente estrutura e atendimento pessoal de qualidade superior. Porém, é importante pontuar que os quartos (ao menos o que ocupamos) já sinalizam necessidade de reforma. Nosso banheiro tinha um vazamento enorme que alagava tudo após o banho. Quatro tomadas não funcionavam. Os vidros impediam a vista do mar, pois estavam danificados por alguma mancha. Os travesseiros estão muito...
