"We were greeted with warm smiles and kindness. Our Room was very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The hotel is decorated with local artifacts and colors. Breakfast was very nice, with a wide selection of breads, meats, and cheeses, and of course great coffee. The hotel has a restaurant attached and we had all of our lunches and dinners because the food and service were great! We could walk to hiking trails, the City Center, and of course the beach. We look forward to returning. "

"The apartment was well located and had a lovely balcony. The Aircon unit and facility to wash and dry our beach clothes was great. The communication from the owners was very good and the check in/out process was very straight forward. We just would have liked to see some more amenities such as a washing up/drying cloth, wine glasses and better cooking utensils ie chopping knives. These however, are very small suggestions as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. "

"El tamaño del apartamento esta muy bien, con una pequeña terraza y jardin a los lados. El personal muy majo y la ubicación excelente. Para ir con las mascotas está genial porque muy cerca hay una playa que admite perros. Si tengo que poner un "pero" es que nosotros estuvimos 11 días y no te cambian la ropa de cama ni las toallas en todo ese tiempo.No me parece normal para un cuatro estrellas y es la primera vez que veo algo así. "Fantastic resort directly on the Golf of Aranci with a very nice beach, pool and spa. We used the spa almost every day. It’s private so you reserve the hot tub, sauna, steam, etc. The hotel rooms are remarkable and the house cleaning staff is impeccable. The views from our room overlooked the water and beach. Restaurants in this resort are exceptional and the entire staff was pleasant. We stayed for 19 nights and got to know just about everyone. The resort is tucked away but you are a short drive to Multa Maria and Porto San Paola. We took a lot of day trips on boats and went to Tavolara Island and the Maddelena Archipeligo. Both were great all day trips. This place is a lot of fun."

"The most horrible travel experience I’ve ever had 8 of us planned this trip together as family reunion The rooms were so moldy and dirty that my brother and his fiancé had to leave before midnight they couldn’t even sleep in the room. The mold smell made them so sick. My personal room of the other three had the mold, but not as bad as the other two so my daughter-in-law and my two grandchildren and my friend we all slept in my room Prior to this, we all went to the front desk to describe our problem and a room attendant with a bottle of Febreze came to spray the room. How is it supposed to kill the mold? We went back to the front desk again, explaining our concerns with the mold and they said they’ve already upgraded us. This is not true. Our room has not been moved. The dining experience is hard to find the words, the lunch menu, which looked lovely. We all went to order our lunch and they were told they only have pizza available then we went to order cocktails and then we’re told they don’t have the ingredients to fix multiple bar requests After still trying to change our rooms, we thought well let’s go to dinner. Only a buffet was available. The food was cold. The meat was dry bugs in her water. Glasses, disgusting is the only word I can think of. I have never seen such a lack of concern for your This is definitely not a property I could ever recommend I’ve been in the hotel business many many years and this was an experience. I’ll never forget."
