「Unfortunately, our stay did not meet our expectations. We were unable to use the kitchen: the drawers where the pans were stored had a very unpleasant smell, one of the pans contained a dead spider, and our overall perception was that the cookware and cutlery had not been properly cleaned after the previous guests.
