「Our start was a little messy as I had emailed the resort 3 times requesting an early check in as our flight was arriving early in the morning and we wanted to get everything arranged. No response from the Resort. Once we arrived at the resort they charge us a lot to check in early, when we got to our room it was missing towels, hand towels, and face towels.
